Think of me as your personal Cape Town local. I help you find great places to visit, restaurants, wine estates, activities and experiences that suit your interests. Depending on your package, I can also help with reservations, bookings and personalised itineraries.
Your payment covers my local advice, recommendations, planning and booking assistance, according to your selected package. Restaurant bills, entrance fees, tours, transport, accommodation and other third-party services are not included and are paid separately, directly by you.
Once you've purchased a package, simply message me on WhatsApp with your questions or plans. You'll be speaking directly with me, not a chatbot or call centre. I'll provide recommendations and assistance throughout your package's validity period.
I'm available daily between 07:00 and 22:00 South African time (SAST). I aim to respond within 60 minutes during these hours, although response times may occasionally be longer when I'm assisting other guests.
Absolutely. I can help identify suitable options, check booking arrangements and assist with reservations where possible. All bookings are subject to availability and the individual provider's terms and conditions.
I understand that travel plans change. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to amend your arrangements. Refunds for concierge packages are governed by our cancellation policy, while any third-party bookings are subject to the relevant provider's conditions.
